For whatever myriad of problems he holds in his lanky criminal body, Chikusa dresses much like many lazy teenage boys dress: with a tendency for things he can throw on simply, sometimes with cool patterns. Thus, he tends to stay pretty simple with either t-shirts or sweaters, along with whatever jeans can stay on his thin ass hips. He usually prefers fairly neutral, faded, or cool colors, with the exception of whatever is going on with graphics. However, sometimes he can almost dress like a more fashionable person with layers.... He just rarely sees the point in this.
However, whatever he's wearing, he always makes sure that there's something to hold his yoyos, his Rain box, and his phone. Also, his one constant accessory is the Rain ring he wears on his right hand: a relatively simple but sturdy ring with a pale blue stone inside of it.

Thanks to the zombie event on Chikusa's first day, it's mildly battle damaged with some repaired rips, a few faint blood stains, but is otherwise still perfectly wearable.
