thefarshore Chikusa decided to get a romance novel hobby and publish it anonymously on the internet. All because someone once told him he had a "romantic soul", and so when he was trying to think of hobbies to pick up in his pursuit of being an Actual Person....
it's all just dumb self inserts of himself, his then-crush-now-boyfriend Ken, and people he knows. It is, on occasion, just vent writing. He has no idea what he's doing.
As a pen name, he uses "keiyuki", and he doesn't title any of the chapters. He used up all his imagination on the title, he can't keep doing this.
Chapter 1:
Protagonist Casimiro Falco argues with his commanding officer, Deacon Caputo, on being assigned a new partner. However, this is dismissed, and he then meets Elio Adesso, to his displeasure.
Chapter 2:
Casimiro and Elio immediately get into a disagreement, not meshing well at all together initially, before they're called to assist with a robbery. It's here that the story is revealed to also be a werewolf story. Because of course it is.
Chapter 3:
After stopping the robbery, Casimiro takes Elio to his house to clean him up, and there's further background about their particular unit explained when they pass by a crime scene on the way back to work.
Chapter 4:
Casimiro and Elio are called upon to take care of a hostage situation which escalated from a regular domestic. Here Casimiro is revealed to be an owl shifter, which assists in his sniping. The situation is taken care of, but Elio doesn't seem satisfied.
Chapter 5:
Following Elio's instincts, they investigate the house where the situation took place at, yet it doesn't seem to give either of them satisfactory answers. When they return to work the next day, it's revealed the perp from the last night's situation is dead.
